You are unique, and food affects every single thing about you – from your physical health to your mood and mental health; your power to focus your smarts and creativity for your work or school success; your physical attractiveness from the inside out (we’ve all seen the elusive healthy “glow” that trumps surgical enhancements any day); and your sense of well-being and confidence.

Any food you put in your mouth has a chemical reaction – good, bad, or indifferent – and much of that reaction depends on you. Everybody’s different. Your family history, your blood type, your food allergies and intolerances, the stresses of what you’re trying to achieve and accomplish in life — all of it can influence how you absorb and incorporate what you eat.

As a nutritionist and Certified Health Counselor, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and given numerous workshops and seminars teaching the crucial relationship between a healthy diet and feeling good from the inside out, physically, mentally and emotionally. I received my education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories – but before that, I learned first-hand (and haven’t ever forgotten) what it feels like to be quietly freaking out in the grocery store wondering what on earth to put on the table for dinner tonight.

I started out as the overwhelmed young mom of three kids with severe food allergies. My mission to help my sons became a passion to learn, and my passion for knowledge became my practice of teaching and healing. I believe in keeping it simple with my clients because I know how hard it can be to change how you relate to food.

I use straightforward, tested, personalized techniques and hands-on experience to help you look, feel and live your best.
