I follow a reality-based approach, taking into account your lifelong habits, the time you actually have to shop and cook, and which foods you do and don’t enjoy. I believe that improving your relationship with food doesn’t have to (and in fact, shouldn’t) involve a “complete makeover.” It’s much more about becoming aware of what food means to you: “Eat the foods you like, but do it right.” As we work together to create the personalize diet plan you need to feel good from the inside out, you’ll be surprised by what you can eat and how much you’ll enjoy it.
I don’t believe in lists of “do’s” and “don’ts”: most of are already too swamped by rules. Instead, over time I’ve developed some guiding principles that add up to better health. As we work through these principles together, you’ll discover how to make the choices that you as an individual need to live your best.
