As the mom of three kids with severe food allergies, I’ve lived with food challenges for over twenty-five years and learned things that aren’t taught in any textbook. I was completely overwhelmed the first time one of my sons was diagnosed in 1991. I gained hands-on life lessons, and the first thing I tell my clients is something I wish somebody had been there to tell me – “You can so do this.”
I offer answers, day-to-day strategies and a sense of community to families and individuals dealing with food allergies, food sensitivities and food intolerances; people hoping to maximize their overall health and well-being; people with medical issues including arthritis, diabetes and cancer; and sports teams, small businesses and other organizations. I offer plans for dealing with every major food allergen; high blood pressure and low cholesterol diet plans among others; and general nutrition education. I specialize in helping my clients navigate life and feel their best with a personal touch, and for the past 25 years I’ve crafted unique recipes and health management strategies to accomplish just that.
